Make better use of the space besides the Timberland store!

The space between the Timberland store and the clothes store which has no entrance onto Laugavegur (?) should be better used. The two properties and the space belong to RVK city. The rent for each property I understand is below the market rate.. but my main point is to make use of the space between the buildings, at the very least I would like to see the space used for performance art, music etc etc for tourism and the local community. Some artists just need a space to perform- no cost! :)
